How do I get the Palworld badge on Steam?

Can I level the Palworld badge past level 1?
Yes - the badge can be crafted five times (levels 1-5), each requiring a fresh full card set. Only the first 5 cards drop free per account; the rest come from the market, so most crafters sell idle-farmed dupes to fund additional sets.
What is the foil Palworld badge?
