Refund Policy

Effective: July 1, 2026

The rule

Full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided none of the package's hours have been used. Once idling hours from a package are consumed, the package is non-refundable. This applies to all tiers including Lifetime (where "hours used" means any idling time after the purchase).

Why this policy

Hours are delivered instantly and consumed continuously - a used package can't be "returned". The 24-hour unused window protects accidental purchases and buyer's remorse without enabling free consumption of the service.

How to request

  1. Open a ticket from the email you purchased with, subject "Refund", within 24 hours of purchase.
  2. Include the Stripe receipt number (in your email receipt or Dashboard → Billing).
  3. We verify zero hour usage and issue the refund to the original payment method.

Refunds typically appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank or PayPal.

Edge cases

  • Duplicate purchase: refunded regardless of the window - just contact us.
  • Extended outage on our side preventing delivery of purchased hours: pro-rated refund or hour credit, your choice.
  • Chargebacks: please contact us first - accounts with open chargebacks are automatically suspended by our payment processor until resolved.
  • The free plan involves no payment and therefore no refunds - it's simply free.
