How are my hours counted?
Hours are wall-clock time while your session is actively idling. If you idle 10 games for one hour, one hour leaves your pool - every selected game gains that hour of playtime simultaneously. Paused time (Auto-Stop, disconnects) is never charged.
How do my free hours refill?
Every new account starts with 100 free hours. Once a month, your free pool refills back up to 100 hours whenever it's below that - no card, nothing to buy. You just come back and start idling again. Want more than 100 hours at a time, or more games at once? Paid packages from $0.99 add hundreds of hours that never expire.
Do unused package hours expire?
Never. Fixed packages (Basic through Ultimate) sit in your pool until consumed, whether that takes a week or three years.
What happens if I buy a package while I have hours left?
Hours stack. Buying Plus with 200 hours remaining gives you 1,400 hours. Your game limit rises to the higher of the two plans.
Why is my session paused?
Three usual causes: you're playing a game yourself (Auto-Stop - resumes automatically), your account was logged in elsewhere repeatedly (we pause and email you), or your hours ran out. The dashboard shows the exact reason.
Card Farmer says a game is 'farmed out' - what does that mean?
That game has no trading card drops remaining for your account, so we rotate your idle slot to games that still drop. You can disable Card Farmer to idle it anyway for pure hours.
