Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and PayPal, all processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. All prices are one-time USD charges - no subscriptions.
I paid but my hours aren't credited
Credits apply within seconds of Stripe confirming payment. If your dashboard doesn't update after a refresh, the webhook may be delayed - wait two minutes, then contact us with your receipt email and we'll credit manually.
How do refunds work?
Full refund within 24 hours of purchase if none of the package's hours have been used. Once hours are consumed, packages are non-refundable. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Full details on the Refund Policy page.
Where do I find my invoices?
Dashboard → Billing lists every purchase with its Stripe receipt link. Stripe also emails a receipt at purchase time.
Does Lifetime really mean lifetime?
Yes - unlimited hours on up to 32 games for as long as the service exists, one payment. It's tied to your FreeSteamIdler account and works with any Steam account you link (plans are per-user, not per-Steam-account, but non-transferable between users).
Can I pay with skins or crypto?
Not currently - card and PayPal only. It keeps checkout instant and refunds clean.
